MANUKA HONEY SKIN CARE
Honey has been used for many years in beauty industry due to its nourishing, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammation composition. Certain honeys from specific plants are more effective than others, and the honey that comes from some strains of the New Zealand Manuka bush (Leptospermum Scoparium) is one of these.

In 1981 Dr Peter Molan (MBE), Associate Professor in Biochemistry at Waikato University, confirmed that New Zealand Manuka bush honey contains an extraordinary, naturally present, very stable and powerful non-peroxide anti-bacterial activity not found in any other variety of honey. Research has also shown that Manuka Honey has such powerful antibiotic properties that it can help fight infections, reduce wound inflammation and help with skin conditions such as acne and eczema.

This unique antibacterial activity is over and above the usual active properties of honey, and sets Manuka Honey apart as one of nature's true wonder foods.

The anti-bacterial properties of Manuka Honey are rated according to their activity by a rating system called the Unique Manuka Factor (UMF), which can range from 10 to 25. The higher the rating, the more potent is the honey. Ratings of 15 and higher indicate very high levels of anti-bacterial activity.

Organic Bee Venom Mask (55g) and Organic Bee Venom Eye Serum (20ml)

Organic Bee Venom and Easyliance combined stimulate the production of the naturally occurring collagen and elastin, creating tightening and smoothing effect on the skin.


Bee Venom is said to fool the skin into thinking it has been lightly stung to stimulate the natural production of Collagen and Elastin.
